Ensure candles are kept in a cool and dry location away from humidity, direct sunlight and heat sources. We have a candle care guide for more information.

We try our very best to ensure candle quality is maintained. While the candle is unlit, the dyed wax will tend to bleed into other colours over time, no matter what. So, there is no need to worry as it will not affect the burn of the candle, and after the first burn, the colours will all blend into one.

When your candle has cooled after being lit, you may notice the surface has white areas which resemble a frost appearance. But please don't worry, as this is a natural process which proves that your candle is made from natural wax, which we hope you love as much as we do. This process occurs when the wax is trying to revert to its natural state and crystals form, making the frost-like appearance.  

We are proud to state all of our colours are eco friendly, organic, vegan materials, not tested on animals and do not contain sulphates, phthalates.

Yes, with love! Due to their handmade nature, each candle may have a slight variation in colour, texture and/or appearance. Every candle is unique and we cannot guarantee every candle looks the same.
